This nourishing salve blends a potent mix of nature’s healing herbs to soothe and repair the skin. Infused with Jewelweed and Plantain, known for their anti-inflammatory and itch-relieving properties, it also features Comfrey and Calendula for their exceptional skin-repairing and soothing benefits. Arnica and St. John’s Wort contribute their anti-bruising and calming effects, while Chickweed adds its gentle healing touch. The base of EVOO, GMO-free, pasture-raised lard, and organic beeswax ensures deep moisturization and protection, while Lavender essential oil imparts a calming fragrance and additional antiseptic, skin-soothing properties. Ideal for use on dry, cracked skin, minor cuts, scrapes, bruises, insect bites, rashes and irritated skin, this salve offers a natural, effective remedy for general everyday skin issues.
NOTE: Because this salve contains comfrey, it is NOT indicated for deep lacerations or puncture wounds – comfrey is so good at knitting skin back together that it may seal over a deep wound before all infection or contamination has been cleared.
